1. Advertiser terms
Advertisers must provide lawful creative material, truthful campaign details and working destination URLs. AdsRock may review, reject, pause or remove campaigns that breach applicable law or policy. Submission does not guarantee approval, reach or results.
2. Publisher agreement
Publishers must own or be authorized to monetize each submitted website, Telegram bot, channel or group. They must obtain required permissions and comply with relevant service rules. Approval does not guarantee campaign availability or earnings.
3. Deposits and advertising balances
A deposit request is not a receipt and does not credit funds. Funds are credited only after a supported payment provider confirms the transaction. Do not send money to unofficial accounts or rely on screenshots alone. Refunds depend on verified transactions, campaign spend and published policy.
4. Earnings and withdrawals
Publisher earnings depend on eligible inventory, actual campaign demand, verified billable activity, agreed revenue share, adjustments and fraud checks. Withdrawal requests are subject to balance, identity and payment review. No payout timing or earnings are guaranteed until formally published.
5. Invalid traffic and abuse
Automated, incentivized, duplicated, misleading or artificially generated impressions and clicks are prohibited. AdsRock may withhold or reverse unverified activity and suspend placements during investigations.
6. Privacy and account security
Users must secure credentials and provide accurate account details. A full privacy notice describing data, retention, processors and user rights must be finalized before public launch.
7. Early-stage service notice
AdsRock is under development. Payment processing, ad delivery, event validation, publisher payouts and some reporting may not yet be operational. This interface is not proof that a payment, impression or earning occurred.
